ATI tool issues - Overclock.net

When I go into my device manager and I look under ATITOOLUTILITY, I see the following message:

Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

I google it and I saw solutions but it was for a DVD issue. Does any one know what this is or how to fix it? My DVD seems to work and it card read things. But it has a yellow triangle next to it, so some thing is not working.

ATiTool does not work on x64 systems. Besides it has recently been superseded by the rather handy GPUTool.
