Default Best drivers for Windows 7?
Just moved over from Vista Ultimate x64 to Windows 7 Ultimate x64 and was wondering what's the best drivers to use?

Is it the lastest or the new BETA drivers?

yup just update to the latest ones, usually 32 and 64 are both in the same pack

Auto update installed some drivers but when I right click desktop the ATI control panel link isn't there

Win7 loads the driver only, and not the CCC. Just get the ATI drivers from the website and install them right over top of the drivers win7 installed. Worked fine for me.

I'm running the Win 7 x64 v9.9 driver from ATI, installed right over the default installed by Windows, works great. No issues at all on my 4870

Is that Catalyst? I have drivers from Asus, and they're v8.66 dated 9/18.

NVM, I guess that is Catalyst, I have 9.9 here too with no issues.

I'm using the win7 drivers posted for the 5870, seem to be good as my games and crysis bench went up in fps a tad.
