Do a DOS USB PEN and use ATiFlash tool i flashed my sapphire with the ASUS Bios the only change is you can use voltages with MSi Afterburner and in GPU-Z it says is an Asus Card

I think it was with ATIWinFlash, you can flash both at the same time in crossfire. But as others said, your best to disable crossfire, flash one, restart windows, flash the other and restart windows again. That way you take less chance damaging both...
