Ok so when i first boot my PC if i try to launch a Game the screen goes kinda funny like really bad receptoion on an anolouge tv but performace wise the game is fine. If i go into CCC disable Crossfire then re-enable it games play just fine? using the latest Cat 9.10
Rig i5 750 2x2GB G.Skill Trident Foxcon Inferno Katana PCP&C 750 Silencer Sapphire HD4850X2 1GB

That's weird. Have you tried doing a clean install of your video card drivers? How about reseating the video card?

This is on a clean install. Just put that rig together Also i see i forgot to add that im running Vista Ultimate 64bit. And i found just alt-tab'ing out of the game will fix the issue also. So ODD!
