ATI tool would be good. Should support that card. Voltages and temps normally depend on your card. my 8800GT would run at 90C on full load at stock, but I could clock it to 725 core and it would still stay on 90c

Check out http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/...g,2473-18.html

That should help

Didn't help, but I got both running at gpu 950 and memory 1315. I like to go little higher but I think my voltage is lock. Does anyone know how to unlock the voltage on these Sapphire cards?

Use Msi Afterburner 1.4.1

It lets you change voltages and clocks upto 960/1445

if you want to go higher then that you're gonna need to flash your card to the Unlocked Asus bios

Anyvoltage upto 1.35V is safe, just keep an eye on temps, the lower you keep the temps the higher stable overclock you will get...

950/1400 should be doable on stock volts, 1000/1400 @ 1.200V - 1.250V

I just used MSI Afterburner. Increase your voltage and see if you can hit 1000 core 1.264v will give you 1000. But I am not sure if your CCC can go that high.
