Thats what I've been using. I usually uninstall the drivers from the Add/Remove Programs list and then I'd run driver cleaner afterwards.

If you really wanna be thorough, you can reformat but Driver Cleaner is pretty much the only automated option I know of.
What graphic options are you trying to change, btw? Maybe its not messed up, the official ATI drivers and the Omegas have a slightly different layout so perhaps your trying to do something that isn't meant to be done.

And they cant be changed, or what? Why is "everything messed up"? This also may sound stupid, but did you do the driver uninstall and cleaning from safe mode? I actually had never done this before but I realized that I had a lot of residual installs on my hard drive whe installing 5.12 Cats. This does make a difference!
Also, your sig says "U: X800 GTO" is that what you are using or the 9600? I only say this because your customization of mipmap detail and such seems rather odd for such a nice card (given you are using the X800). Given that you are probably playing on the 19" monitor you have in your sig, things like resolution (1280x1024 I assume) and AA/AF will probably have more of a difference than the small details like mipmap and such. Also, have you tried using ATI Tray Tools? This is a pretty rad program and has been great for me. Using ATT you can change a lot of settings (including your mipmap, A.I., and Aniosotropic optimizations). It also has some nice OC features and such. ATT comes with Omega Drivers now, and it 'supported' by it, which is nice.
