any fixes for the display time out for 10.1? and gsod's with 9.12 and ati tray tools

any fixes for the display time out for 10.1? and gsod's with 9.12 and ati tray tools
i get gsods when i run 9.12 and ati tray tools. i'm now on 10.1 with nothing (no ccc or tray tools). anyone else get those with that combo?
also, is there a fix for the display time out problem on 10.1 yet?

that fixes grey screens. this is when the display times out. instead of turning the monitor off, it just displays a black screen.

It says that those are for the 5800 cards. Are those okay for the 5770? I've been getting quite a number of freezes while watching videos and playing games. Just wished ATI would put together proper drivers.
