im getting between 1000 and 1200 with the card in my sig, its oced to 800 1075 1900 with no artifacts in ati tool for continuous 30 mins.

i get about 1200 when overclocked for a bench run. too bad i cant use ati tool to test for stability in SLI

Why do I get only ~350 fps avg??

Are you overclocked? NVIDIA Manage 3D Settings, set to performance? 350 does seem very low.
