and im getting 125 fps.

overclocking 30 mhz increases my FPS like 100 XD i've gotten ~650 FPS

Why am i getting such bad score!! Was getting like 42fps with my 9550 with 1gig ram and now i'm getting 60 avg with my hd2400 AGP(1.5gig ram)AGP the problem?

It all depends on the version of ATI Tool as well. If you are using the version with the HD2400 that you used to measure the 9550, something could be wrong (and it's more than likely not your AGP)
