his x1950pro memory ic question

800/1000 <-dsm fund

-these are the memory ic's that are on my 1950pro
(see below). i have been able to get to 864/1728 on stock voltage of 1.9v, the stock speed is 742/1480. i was wondeing if i would be able to get a high clock if i could run them at 2.0v or 2.1v?is there even a volt mod for the memory? i know their is one for saphire 1950pros but i have a his which has a different pcb. samsung 637 k4j5523qg bc-14 elh0076u
