Default getting a 3870xt. but which manufacturer?

im getting a 3870, to upgrade from my 7800gt. ( no love to the driver cheaters )

i can pick one from ati, his and sapphire. since they are all in same clock and with same price tag, could someone tell me which one would be better. thx in advance.

HIS usually puts out a class product. I've heard mixed comments on sapphire, but that's just me.

Not sure that one companys card would be better than the other. I'm running 2 Sapphire X1950 pro's and love them. Sapphire has great service and really helpful during a RMA of one of my cards. I'm saving a little cash up to buy 2 of those Sapphire 3870's ooohhh yyyeeaahhh

You know what would make for an awesome RMA service? If they sent you a cheap pci-e card to hold your other card's place while it was in RMA.

i never have a ati card before. so i have no idea about the rma service.

should i get a tt or zalman cooler for it as well? i heard the temp is over 80 with the stock cooler. any advice?

i read you post. i think thats most likely to be a driver issue and will be settled in a few days.

there really wouldnt be any point to get a ati card without the crossfire.

Well there was a problem with my one card and they replaced it so I was not running in crossfire for about 3 weeks... Bad Card...
