What clocks are you running the GPU's at? I'm running a pair of Saphires in cross-fire at stock (for the moment...), and I'm seeing about 40 frames in Crysis GPU bench test with 8.2, and 35 in 8.3. My CPU is at stock 2.4 (Q6600) as well, but does that have much effect on the GPU bench? I'm also only at 1280 x (I think) 900 res, all on high.

I don't care what happens to 3DMark, as long as I see the game performance, but it did get worse for me when I loaded 8.3.

Perhaps I'll give the 8.3's another try tonight. I hadn't heard of Driver Cleaner before my last shot at installing them, so that my help the matter a bit. We'll see how it works.

Yeah my 2900's did not like the 8.3's either. Lots of screen flicker in COD4.
