Something is wrong if I can get 60 FPS(granted @ 720P 1368x768) with 8xMSAA enabled in game and 9800GTX is getting 40 at the same settings and just higher resolution.

Oh and if I'm getting tearing should I use VSync, when I've used it in other games it just kills my fps (way under 60) and its looks laggy. The tearing isn't bad during racing though only during the opening ads.
