I feel very outdated with all everyone upgrading to the 4xxx series . Who's with me?

You think YOU feel outdated? I'll probably be on this 2900XT until next summer. (provided that my students meet the goals on their standardized tests and I get my bonus. Not too worried about that though.)

Hmm, I would not say that at all.

Grief you have a 3870 " X2 "....that is not going to be upstaged until the 4870x2s'...later this month.

Personally, until Asus comes out with the 4870x2 top version I'm not even thinking about changing...also even then I will wait for a month or two....as the price will drop to more affordable levels.

Plus by then the driver issues problems will be some what better than they are at the moment....

In fact I still think that Ati needs to fix the 3870x2 drivers for compatibility....I have noticed that since getting a second 3870x2 my solidworks cad is not displaying the 3d models at all...all other features in that program work fine.....

Display issues can likely only point to vga drivers not messing well with some other program I have running

Anyways, out dated is having the last 18months technology not the last 6months...lol.
