Yeah it's definetely a nice card - but it'll either get sold or returned when the Spartan is released. Returned if it's out in about the next 25 days!

No need for you to change, that setup will last you as long as it runs!

I envy your Power supply

wait a second!? are these Crossfire results?

My crossfire HD4850 setup done 474.12fps in CSS Stress Test @ 1680x1050.

Here is my 3dmark06 run: http://service.futuremark.com/compare?3dm06=7345777

But yeah that Low clock speed will bottleneck crossfire in those benchmarks.

His results are stock clocked 4870's and a processor at 3.2 vs your 4.7, impressive clock by the way!

i heard the fps in CS:S is really cpu dependent is this true? considering I get 176fps on the cs:s video test @ 1920x1200 on maxed settings.

I think if i can get to 3.6 just for a benching run it will allow me to break 20k very easily probably more. I think it just needs a little more. I may just get it stable enough to bench and go for it lol

I still wonder, is it worth it to use crossfire or is it better to have 1 extremly good card? (I know that the ideal would be crossfire 2 or 3 extremely good cards...)
