80c I'm not joking.

I'll update after I get CCC installed and can pump up the fan speed to 100%

Okay now the temps have dropped to 50c with fan speed set at 100%. OMG this fan is loud as hell. It's audible over my AC Ryan fans which is saying alot but it's all good for now Now to replace the stock cooler and post temps.

Edit: Actually fan speeds are still dropping. Down to 47c Idle.

Edit again: dropped down to 45C idle.

Okay now after the DuOrb has been installed (I'll post pics in a few) Temps are now at a reasonable 38C and the temp in my house is about 74F. Now that's what I call a drop in temp

I got a Visiontek one and it doesn't exactly come with any programs. Plus I forgot to add that mine was OC'd to 700/1100 during all but the first temps. And here's some pics of the DuOrb on the 4850.

Just one thing, why don`t you guys write all the temps in same format, like Celzius, in many countries farads aren`t used at all....so...

Oh I used Farenheit because I didn't feel like converting it to Celsius. I mean, if you honestly wanted to know what 74F was in C you can convert it yourself.

How hot do those mosfet and vrm chips get with the ramsinks off?

Just curious if those dinky duorb ramsinks do anything. I also have the duorb and the ramsinks are the lightest, smallest ramsinks ever.
