If you live in a dusty environment or are dare I say, a smoker, then they will die much faster. If you keep them clean though they usually can last a dang good long while. I have never had a fan on any of my PC's go out but I have had others that are less then 6 months old go out and take other things with them (smoker family... The comps just reaked. 7300GT card had the fan soo gummed up it wouldn't turn and every capacitor on that card was blown out probably from the heat.. or conductive smoke/dust particles)

I was wondering, have the fixed the DFI motherboard issues yet?

Or is it still at the Beta BIOS that doesn't work for everyone stage?

alright got my ek block on bios's flashed (830 core 975 mem) I now score 15,000 in vantage

I'll run xtreme preset and post results. If anyone needs help flashing these bad boys let me know

Hey, guys, add me in! Just had mine installed today, but the ATI Expert tool doesn't seem to work for me. It gives me a regular error message that says "EXPERTool: Display Control Panel has encountered a problem...inconvenience." And I'm on 64-bits XP SP2.

Edit #1: Sitting at 55~C idle!
Edit #2: The Profile method does work, however.
