So, I noticed we had a 3Dmark06 thread, but none (that I could find) for vantage! Might as well start one up eh? Please post your compare link with score and card(s) used. There will be separate categories for card series and Crossfire setups. Good luck Benching!

Wow, I can't believe the difference in our CPU scores......does vantage lean on a quad that much? I have the clock beat as well as the cache...

Honestly, I don't know how I got that high of a score, when I had the clocks at 700/2300 I got close to 8000. When I overclocked the memory to 2400mhz I got 9129. I don't actually run the card at those speeds because things get pixalated. My 3dmark06 score is 14k. I will rerun the Vantage at those speeds and see what I get again.

Think it would be better to have just the GPU score? Quads really throw the meat to the dual cores in this bench. An easy 1000-1500 increase, even over the most potent, high clocking duals.

You guys know there is a TOP 30 dedicated to single gpu's in the benchmark section? Join!
