Tried the card in another computer? Maybe try re-seating it too? Perhaps double-check to make sure pci-e power connector is tightly locked into place on card, too.
__________________Edit: It's also generally a good idea to disable antivirus when gaming or running 3dmark as it can bog system performance down, if left running in the background. And if you guys haven't done so, install SP1, and defragment afterwards; maybe schedule a chkdsk for next reboot, too.

That's a possibility. We could try putting it in my rig and seeing what it does. I'll try that when I get home.
Edit: I made it a point to close all open programs before running the benchmarks. There's no antivirus installed on the machine, and SP1 is installed and patched. A defrag hasn't been done yet since the system was built, so it's due, but I don't think it would affect performance by that degree.

I had a problem with my 4850 running slow during Crysis at only 1024x768 but that was a power supply issue, you shouldn't have that problem with your corsair. Just gotta make sure the pci-e power cable is snug in there.
