I ran across someone who may be able to work something out and get them replace for me. I'm actually surprised at the performance of the one card with the gig of memory. Played tf2 for about an hour and a half, 1920x1200 4xaa, anistropy way up, and it felt like my 8800gt does.

These cards are like 3800 with AA improved but the 128-bit bus kind of kills them.

I can confirm that theory. I saw negligible performance hit with 4XAA on vs no AA in TF2.
