I know that I have another thread asking which for help identifying these, but since I've gotten them working, I figured I'd post a few more pics in their own thread since apparently, I'm the only person out there with them.
These appear to be engineering samples, and have jumpers on the back. I have two variants. One card is a gig of ddr3 Samsung, and the other is 512 of Hynix DDR3. Neither card requires a six pin pci-e power connector, and run off the pci-e slot's power. Pics! Placed beside my 8800gt just for size reference ![]() This is the 512mb version. It has the Hynix memory. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Awesome! Where did you get a hold of these?
I'm really interested to see some benchmarks and game performance tests (possibly compared to your 8800GT). Care to provide?

I don't have any real numbers, but I have played Team Fortress 2 at 1920x1200 4xAA and it didn't hiccup at all. It felt similar to the 8800gt. I then loaded up Prey, and it choked up pretty bad compared to the 8800gt. Unfortunately, I wasn't provided a crossfire bridge, so I can't test out crossfire until I can find one. The short story on how I came into getting these is that I won a couple "next gen" ATI cards from PC Perspective's Memorial day contest, and Diamond was handling the prizes. After fighting with Diamond for a couple months about not getting my prizes yet, they sent me these. I was expecting 4850's or 4870's, but in a way, it's really cool that I got these to show off.

Those are supposed to perform close to a 3850 512. However, they only have a 128-bit interface so that 512MB card is more than likely housing 256MB of useless RAM, and the 1GB... well you get the point
