Yeah those temps are very high. I get 85C load with ATitools with 800Mhz core and 1.34volts with stock cooler.

My DuOrb keeps my card at around 30-35 idle and 40-50 load depending on the ambient (20-30). Check to make sure it is set level to the chip and how is your case airflow?

Yeah I don't go over 65c with the fan at 85% with my core at 700 so his DuOrb must not be making good contact.
