My dad has one on his 4850, keeps it at about 36 idle, 49 load, with the turbo fans.
I have one on my 3870 with a 1900 RPM Scythe on it, idles at about 31, loads at about 43.

Zerotherm GX810, 1.36v load, 810mhz core, 100% fanspeed with another 120mm fan blowing towards it on the side. I get up to 76c during gaming.
