Default *solved* Bad Ati Flash
Hey guys...i just f`ed my HD3870X2 flash
while i was flashing the card i had a power-out (great timing)
so now my HD3870X2 won`t work anymore...but now my question...
i still have the original bios, but i can`t flash it back with RBE cause it will BSOD while scanning...how can i flash it again?
ATIWinFlash won`t work either (part of RBE)
so i think i should do that while booting up....but how do i flash it from an USB stick?

on page 2 i posted a SS that it somehow works again...but now on 2 cores instead of 3
what is going on with my pc? is it going insane or something? lol

Use your single 3870 as the primary adapter, no bridge.
You'll be able to reflash the X2 bios, read here.

Nflash or whatever has a force flash option? have you looked at the command list? Try to force the flash. Do you actually get video when you boot off disc or are you going by memory?

i tried to boot with my HD3870 and i had video, but i couldn`t flash somehow
i`ll try that how to when i get home from work

ok so i just reformatted my computer and installed XP home, and tried to flash my card again, but still no luck
when i use WinFlash & RBE i just get a BSOD and with ATIflash360 i can`t boot from my usb stick, so i have to use safe mode with command prompt but then i can`t get it to flash either

any ideas?
