and also can anyone recomend a good air cooler to get a bit more out of them I was thinking a pair of Thermalright T-RAD² VGA Coolers ? and whats this pencil modded ?

What's the lifespan of taking the gpu voltage up to 1.4 and running in 24/7?

Assuming temps are below 80-90C load.
