I own both a x800 and a 7600GT, the x800 beats it out in all my game performance. The 7600GT OC'ers higher, but the x800 just has more muscle it seems. The x800 got more fps in WiC and 3DMark.

I think you'll be fine.

Well that's actually good to know. I thought the X800 was released to compete with the 7600GT. And I also have owned both cards in the past, and I enjoyed both of them for what they were. I may have been thinking though that the x800 was about on par with an 8600 then. Either way......that computer will absolutely smoke WoW with maxed settings.

The only thing I can think of that would cause "lag" on it would be your internet connection. I know WoW depends heavily on that.

Nah the X800 competed against the 6800GT/Ultra.

The X8** series was just so powerful for its time, too bad it only had 2.0 shaders as it had about the same performance of my old X1800XL
