The ICEQ4+ from the 4870 is apparently just a stock cooler with heatpipes added... Weak...

Uh...I'm sorry sir, but you are wrong.

You can't just attach heat pipes.

Its a different manufacturing. Yes, its a big lob of copper over the GPU and Memory, and that lob of copper has heat pipes in it.

Also the HIS fan has Blue LEDs, is quiter and pushes more air.
