WaterCooler

Hey all. I'm loving my Crossfire set-up but for some reason ever since I installed my second card last night one of the fans keeps cycling. I know it's normal to do it on startup etc but it's been doing it constantly. I turned my pc on half an hour ago and it's been cycling up and down the whole time. It was doing it last night but it quit after a little while. It's driving me nuts! Any ideas? Fan speed changes don't stop it. If I have to deal with this racket then I can't wait to get them water cooled.

I made a video of it. It's the card I put in last night (Bottom One). It's spinning up then almost stopping completely and repeating. Should I try a driver reinstall?
Edit: Rofl NVM. I'm dumb. Forgot to enable Manual Fan Control on the new card. -Sigh-

Along with uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, try replugging in the fan on the graphics card. Make sure to use driver cleaner pro. After wards install http://downloads.guru3d.com/RivaTune...nload-163.html and set your fan speeds to 60-75%. This will be a constant speed. Make sure to save your settings in rivatuner before closing out.
