I would recommend this Asus one, with Tri-Fans Cooling Design, its not the cheapest but not the most expensive, seems like a much better cooler than the reference one

Hitting 3.8 was easy, getting a stable 4.0 ghz, that will be a challenge!

If money was no object, I'd get the Sapphire 4870x2 Atomic.

In one interconnected package, the card is nativelly watercooled and also includes a watercooled heatsink for the CPU.

Shapphire has great support and a 2 year warranty.

More importantly quality as my Sapphire 9800 Pro, that I OC'd 7 years ago, is still alive and kicking after all these years.

Check it out here;

Waste of money and utterly useless. But Sapphire is a great and reliable brand.

do not get that atomic.

me, as a person who shall take the drink some day (when i get the money), would not risk buying the atomic and ruining the card. i'd just buy a waterblock, tubes, radiator, pump and fans myself and create my own wc system. word of advice: never buy watercooling kits unless they are from swiftech. i'm not fanboying, i just know that THOSE are quality parts, not thermaltake's doorstop-like quality.

either get the asus one, the diamond one (it's for $440 in newegg after rebate), or the HIS one. and if u want a lifetime warranty, go visiontek. or wait till xfx goes red in january or februrary and buy from there.
