Probably, AMD said they fixed the issue in the HD4k, but people complain about it now and then.

i love how they compare cards... They Take a 4870x2 which has been out for awhile and has good drivers and they compare it too a new nvidia card that people cant buy and are using crappy drivers

And you're expecting all ironed out drivers give a 25% boost to it's performance? Both companies have had X2 cards before so it's not like starting from nothing.
