Exclamation 2x 3870 512 DDR4 Temperature is it too hot?

I have a Visiontek 3870 512mb DDR4 & Sapphire 3870 512 DDR4 in Crossfire. I have noticed that my primary gpu is running 73.C on full load and i think this is way hot!!!!!! and the second one is at 68.C. Is there a reliable way to coolit down? Is this Dangerous?

If you have the latest ATI drivers 8.12 then you should be able to turn up the fan speed in the overdrive tab. But to be honest 72c isnt that bad anything over 85c is bad IMO.

Sounds about right. I wouldn't be worried about it.

Those temps are fine
Try removing the PCI slot cover(s) from the back that are between the cards and have a fan blowing air between the two.

Not really necessary but if it makes you feel better.

Those temps sound perfectly normal. I have an X800XT that would load at 100C before I reseated the heatsink with Arctic Silver 5. I believe GPUs are designed to sustain much higher temperatures than CPUs.
