Its not really worth it, but if you want to overclock your GPU, look into Catalyst Control Center, RiviaTuner, ATi Tool.

The smaller cards usually get fairly decent (though still awful) performance increases. I OC'd my X300 and went from 20 FPS in ATITool to 34 FPS!
Make sure you have active cooling though, with just a heatsink you won't get very far.

The HD 3450 and 3470 are the Dedicated cards.

Tator is correct. But some have dedicated RAM (side ported). As said not going to make a bad card good or anything but give it a shot.
__________________I use AMD GPU Clock Utility. I like it because I have to set it every time I start Windows. I like that because for most of what I do I don't need OC. If I want to game I might set it. By the way I have the mobility HD3650. Run GPU-Z see if any RAM shows up. With a desktop I would really recommend buying a better card, they don't cost much. Us notebook guys do not have that option. Oh and if you bought a 36xx or 48xx most OC to go from xx50's to xx70's if money is tight. Good luck!
