Riva tuner is a better, more stable overclock application. CCC is buggy crap... You can tell rivatuner to run your OC profile (and fan speed profile) on startup, so you don't have to worry about it. The Automatic Overclock feature that CCC has never worked correctly for me anyhow. It always gave me unstable clocks... I have a little guide a few pages back telling you how to use rivatuner to achieve a quick stable OC.

With CCC you can't overclock core more than 700 (atleast i can't) which why i desided to use rivatuner, cause my both 4830's cores can be oc'd over 750MHz. Thinking of pencilmod right now cause with zalman vf1000's those card's wont go over 60degrees celsius under furmark stress.

Or you can try GPUTool from techPowerUp!. Might be the best oc tool for gpu's right now.

The processor has VCC (power), VTT, and VSS (ground) inputs for on-chip power distribution. All power lands must be connected to VCC, while all VSS lands must be connected to a system ground plane. The processor VCC lands must be supplied the voltage determined by the Voltage IDentification (VID) lands.

The signals denoted as VTT provide termination for the front side bus and power to the I/O buffers.

The voltage set by the VID signals is the reference VR output voltage to be delivered to the processor VCC lands.

Both of my Sapphire's have DVI, HDMI and VGA, but only 640SP's.
Those with 800SP's are perhaps truly 4850's?;D Not sure but that's what i think.

If it is truly a 4850, then it's a really good buy...
But the pics on web shows a different code on the gpu!!
