when that happend to me i uninstalled all my drivers unistalled riva tuner then reinstalled and it fixed it

Didn't help uninstalled and used DriverCleaner Pro and re-installed but no help.

Now that I have playd more, I have a much more serious problem. When playing a game that stresses CPU and both GPUs to the max, I have complete freeze and hear something shutting down. This occurs approximately after 10-15minutes of play with side panel closed and after 30-60min when side panel is open. That leads me to thinking of a heat problem. Might it be northbridge or southbridge? My case has bad airflow. Please help me

http://www.legitreviews.com/article/223/2/ give that a try it works for me.... plus try reaplying the thermal paste on your cpu less is more when it comes to thermal paste and make sure you have you fan speed up to 100% when playing games

I have same Mobo, same processor and same asus card.
I broke 12k with 3,213GHz on 7750 (238x13,5) and asus ran 740/1150 clocks. With those i reached my record 12393. Good luck!

It isn't a problem with GPUs. GPU temps are about 70c which doesn't cause errors. I'm sure that with stock clocks both GPUs can handle way more than 70c, when I first got my Asus HD4830 it even went to 100c in games! CPU doesn't have heat problem either, it was also something between 65-70c when playing (almost 100% use) and I have tested it with Prime95 and IBT.

Problem is more likely to be caused by motherboard. I had to raise NB voltage after putting second GPU to be able to boot 3.66GHz.

What does Southbridge do on these P45 chipsets? It is stock 1.1v and now set it a notch above so it's 1.2v. Didn't try long but atleast I didn't have freeze in the first 30mins.

I've managed an increase of 25% to both clocks and it has resulted in a 19.6% increase in 3dmarks. 80% effective? I'll take that in a heartbeat.
Also, even though I'm sitting at 77-78F in this room, I'm idling at 39C and hitting the low 50's at load... that's bananas. Sitting on 14509 now, will continue to OC the CPU later.
I'm glad I went with this card... so much performance and headroom for $90. Never been a better time to be a PC enthusiast

Yesh,
Asus is coming back from a store with postages, cause they find that there is no serial code sticker on it so no warranty anymore...
Maybe i try with it, or sell it and buy a sapphire one. But 4830 I want, it is just so funny little OC card

I LOVE this card. Got it a few days ago, and wow, with decent airflow you can really push the frequency. With this I have about 38C Idle, 54C under game load, 66C was the max I've seen under FurMark. But since I don't have the years of expertise under my belt, who here can tell me what the glass ceiling is for these cards if any?

Oh, and add me to the group, please.
