790GX has HD 3300 integrated graphics clocked at something like 700mhz and if i rememebr right 128mb ddr3 sideport memory to help it along however it only does 8x/8x crossfire

the 790FX has no integrated graphics at all you need a dedicatec card however you can do full speed crossfire with it 16x/16x

the SB750 is a must if you plan on overclocking , it has what is called ACC (Advanced Clock Calibration) and as such it really helps with overclocking those chips (especially the newer ones) , you can generally push the chip higher using less volts too and ACC is only on boards with SB750

as for not having the CD mate dont worry , before you start your new build go to the manufacturers site and download the latest networking driver from there (or if you know what your looking for dirctly from the company that makes the networking chip usually realtek)

then go to AMD and download their latest drivers from http://game.amd.com/us-en/drivers_catalyst.aspx

however get the Motherboard/IGP drivers because they have the updated drivers for your chipset as well as the graphics drivers if your running an ATI card

for example if your running vista x32 you'd download ATI Catalyst™ 9.1 Display Driver for Windows XP Professional/Home Edition - Motherboard/IGP Drivers

when you get all your drivers or whatever you want to install straight up throw them all onto a USB stick and once you install Vista/XP/7/whatever you plug your USB key in then install the drivers from that then you dont have to worry its what i do!

How big of a thumb drive would be needed. I currently only have 1 (2Gig) thumb drive. Is this big enough or should I buy a larger one?

Mate its plenty on my last build for a family member the folder i used to store all the files and progs to install came in well below 1gig and that included a lot of stuff

Hell the ati drivers depending on your os are anywhere from like 20mb to 60mb and the network driver is much much less etc so even a 256mb usb key would work
