cdn? canadian? thats really cheap. nice one. just got my 4870 today with the quad. trying to do 333 strap but doing terrable! i did the strap with copper but its still runing at 2.4ghz instead of 3.0ghz on the q6600.

yes it is. there is no throttling unless you are using 8x pci-e 1x lanes and not pci-e 2.0x lanes.
