Default Should I get a Cooler for my VisionTek 4850?

I got this graphics card about 7 months ago when I built my computer and it was running at 20% fan speed, 1066 RPMs, at 77 degrees at Idle.

Since then I have made a profile for CCC so that the fan speed runs at 65% fan speed, 6765 RPMs, at 54 at Idle.

Here is a picture of what it looks like with stock cooler on it.

Should I get a Graphics card cooler for my VisionTek 4850? If so what should should I get?

DuOrb kept my 4850 idling at under 35C and under 50 (usually 45C) at load. I also used the blue Zalman Ramsinks.

Idle temps don't really mean much, it's load temps that you have to worry about.

If you are hitting 80C or higher on load, I would recommend a new cooler. I like the Thermaltake Duorb for the 4850, as do many others.

How much does the DuOrb cost? Can't seem to find it on newegg. Do new ramsinks make a big difference?

I just really want to get one because as it is running at 65% speed at 6,765 RPMs its pretty loud lol, would prefer it to be quieter and if I can get it lower maybe I can overclock my graphics card

I can't decide between Accelero TWIN TURBO and the Thermaltake DuOrb.

I like the DuOrb because my computer has blue led fans and stuff so it will match. and I have a window on the side of my case.

Is there a big noise difference between the two?

And when I buy the cooler does it come with the little cooler thinks not sure what they are called, ramsinks?

I don't find the duorb to be loud at all. It comes with ram sinks but I bought aftermarket ones anyways. Here is a pic of mine:
