Wait until the 4890 comes out along with the 4770, and price drops will come forth, leaving you with even more choices. If the 4850 comes under your 100euros budget, grab that. If now, the 4830 is also a good alternative.

Your board don't support PCIe so be real and get an agp card!
And if your MB had it your psu would limit you to a 4670 max!
