In furmark mine max at 100 C, but in normal gaming they generally stick around 80 C. The main reason why they don't get so hot is because I have a fan blow heat off the top of the PCB board and that helps alleviate some of the temp issues, otherwise I would probably get some the same temps as you.

That's awesome! I might have to give this a try. Maybe I'll be able to get to 1000MHZ core... If it works, you get +rep!

If it doesn't... you can still have it.

After I check of course!

yeah thats what i plan on doing. i remember when i had SLI 8800 GTXs with the Zalman VF-1000 coolers installed on them, the temps werent that great, but then i stuck a 120mm fan in there to blow across them and temps dropped by almost 20c, im not joking.

maybe we should get one of them crazy fans that spins at like 7,500rpm or whatever it was. its on youtube.

What do you people have your fans on? How many RPM is that? What are your temps?

I think something is weird with mine. NOTE: Everything is stock.
50% FAN - ~1400 RPM - GPU: 60c, Shader and MemIO: 66c, VRAM: 58c

I've got the exact same card. Keep us posted on your OCing on this one and how you went about it. I'm currently at a stable 900/1100 @ 1.35V using CCC to set the clocks and SmartDoctor to set the voltage.

What do you have? My EAH4890 is GPU Diode (DispIO) 56-57C, GPU Diode (MemIO) 61-62C, GPU Diode (Shader) 57-58C, and GPU VRM 54C with the fan at 30% with ambient at 26.1C (79F) and clocks as above at this moment.
