That's normal, it doesn't mean anything really. The tests will continue as they should. It should only happen occasionally though for the most part (it's kind of random but it doesn't effect the test).

How long might it be before we start seeing after market coolers on the 4890's? like the sapphire 4870.

Who knows, but you can purchase aftermarket cooler for one with a stock cooler.

As far as I know only full coverage waterblocks are the only thing that don't work.

Congrats to all new owners... I wish I waited just few more weeks for these cards instead of my 4870x2. Oh well, I guess this is how it goes and I should get used to.
