Yea, I've noticed the mosfets get crazy hot too on mine. My core isn't so bad but the rest of the card gets mighty hot. Wondering if it's due to bad pad contact since I switched out the stock TIM for IC7.

Please add me too, PowerColor 4890, running at stock for now.
__________________Been having some problems where it resets after playing between 10-30 mins. Anybody know where to look for causes?? Have the final 9.4 drivers. Was thinking maybe could be my chipset which is at 59 degrees, so put a giant 'house-fan' to see if the will resolve it.

yeah, seems like it, brands like asus, BFG etc are normaly more expensive then other brands with no justification to spending more for the cards if they have reference cooling.
__________________allready power color and sapphire 4890s are allready cheaper than those brands

Voltage modification software is why the ASUS is more expensive. They are usually fairly competitive in price and even still priced well with the added software. So I'd say there was plenty of justification in it.
