Is this normal? I was playing street fighter 4 (which kicks ass btw), and my card was making a buzzing noise. It immediately went away when I alt tabbed. Temps were 60c full load.

It sounds different than the squealing that ATITool gives me

Does it go away after awhile?

I have V-sync on too.

it only happens in 3-d areas, its not in the menus or load screens

Toxic ceilings in CCC are 1100/1300.

My card barely overclocks at all, but I'm just running stock clocks because its not really worth it.
Think XFX would take an RMA because it runs too hot

replacing the thermal paste could knock it down a few degrees

Hey guys. I got my second card installed for X fire but I am having some issues. Everything recognized and installed normal, but crysis is like totally corrupted, even at stock speeds. The screen just has random lines and jaggies that flicker all over the place. Mostly in the distant terrain and trees that are far away. Should I just reinstall crysis?

Also, my 3dm06 score did not scale very well. It only went up about 1500 pts. Is this normal?

I've had to re-install my crysis once before b/c it flaked out on me when moving to different crossfires. Make sure you installed all of the patches. And your 3dmark2006 increase is about right. You won't get a whole lot out of 2,3,4 gpus in '06. I gained about ~1100 each gpu added. 3Dmark is very cpu oriented. Bench 3dmark Vantage and you will see better results.

your 3dmark score is normal, overclock your cpu more or get a quad
