HD3300 Benchmarks.
Hi this thread is for people thinking about getting a 790GX series chipset from AMD to use as a temporary GPU. I will be doing benchmarks of some games. At the moment, I will just be judging the average FPS by eye, so take them with a grain of salt.
Stock GPU settings: Left 4 Dead - Everything low 1440x900 29-31fps Counter-Strike Source - Everything maxed, including AA. 1440x900 40fps* Team Fortress 2 - Will be doing tomorrow after it updates Half Life 2 - Will be doing tomorrow after it updates Portal - Everything maxed, No AA 1440x900 30-50fps Fallout 3 - Everything low 1440x900 25-30fps outside 40fps indoors Overclocked GPU settings: Left 4 Dead - Later tonight or tomorrow Counter-Strike Source - Everything maxed, including AA. 1440x900 45fps* Team Fortress 2 - Later tonight or tomorrow Half Life 2 - Later tonight or tomorrow Portal - Later tonight or tomorrow Fallout 3 - Later tonight or tomorrow I will be posting more benchmarks over time, so keep watching  I also don't have a lot of games. I've been selling the ones I don't use. I mainly have Steam games, and Fallout 3 right now. * Counter Strike Source plays beautifully with all settings maxed, with little AA. The test I did used max AA and AF, which bogged down the game. Play with little AA + AF, and it was like playing with my 4850. No AA + AF gave me around 100fps

I got the same MB but i cant get sideport to work. Does it work for you?

What is a good overclock for the HD3300 that won't require extra cooling? I can bump the volts a tad if needed, just need some opinions

I mean there is 128MB of GDDR3 memory build in the MB which for some reason does not work for me. Only system memory works.
