Default How do i know what i can crossfire??

i need to know if i can just go and buy a different 4670 w/ a better cooler or do i have to have the exact same card. can i also get a diff card with more mem.
the 4670 i have now is a 512mb but can i cfx it with a 1 gig??

Yes you can. As long as the cards are the same GPU

Ala, you can crossfire an HD4670 with any HD46xx cards. No matter the size of the memory, or how high they are clocked.

You say 4670 twice but the sig rig displays 4870.

no point crossfiring a 512mb card with 1GB card, turns into the smaller 512mb frame buffer.
Makes more sense to use cards of the same memory size.
