Default 4850 CF or 4870?
I'm going to have a CF board soon and will also be upgrading to an E8400. I do have one 4850 512 as of now.

Should I get another 4850 or sell the 4850 I have now and get a 4870? Also what does 4850 CF compare to a single nvidia card. Thanks : )

for as cheap as they are i would just get another 4850 and wait till the new series comes out......

Two HD4850's are substantially better than a single HD4870.

I wouldn't upgrade to another dual-core and another motherboard. Get a quad and a mobo for that/or a tri). For the same price get the 720 BE + 790FX board + a 4850.
But you could also just wait for the 5800 or GTX 300 series.

Well I got an I7 recently on trade of an xbox 360 so I traded that for an E8400 and a asus P35 + $65 so i figure $50 for the 5200 i'll have 115 left over.
