I had a vapor-x 4870 before my gtx 285, and I was very happy with it. Actually, If I could go back in time, I'd have gotten another one, and x-fired them before going to the 285.

And my questions is still unanswered. Did you personally have crappy service with them? Considering I've rarely had to RMA anything I am not too worried about their alleged crappy service. Buy from manufacturers that have good warranties/service and you're set.

Yes I personally had a bad experience. I'm not going to describe in detail what I went through... But it was a pain in the ass dealing with an item I had to return because of admitted product mis-advertisement on there website. In the end, I got it resolved (I'm very persistent) but it took a lot more effort on my part than it should have.

Why did you not get the Toxic again?
