Better update: James Clark aka: tech03 at diamond just called. A potential problem is Xp recognizing only 3G ram. Seeing I have 2 x 2G video cards, Xp may be disabling the second adapter. This makes sense because my second HDD with win7 has no problem. I bet if I uninstall ati, run my driver cleaner, take out 2 g of Ram, the second adapter will be enabled! I am at work right now but Im kinda mad I may only be able to run 2G Ram but so be it. I do have conflicts with win7 now but thats another issue. Will update.

Time for a x64 upgrade then. XP Pro 64 bit is just as good as 32 bit. I personally would push you towards vista or Win7.

I have win7 on my other HDD but my flight sim game crashes when I get on runway and I have been getting BSOD with the 2 cards crossfired at default settings... Another issue.
