The card must come with some molex converters so it should be fine !

4870 uses about 26 Amps but as I said before, I wouldn't count on that Power supply lasting too long.

A GTX 295 will do until Crysis 2.

Edit: I think your PSU will be fine running a HD 4890, but you'll need a backup plan in case it fails.

If your power supply dose not have two 6 pin connecters already then IMO i would not take the chance of turning on the psu then a pop and now no pc psu gone, vc gone, mobo gone...hummm
32a borderline....dude time for an psu upgrade, that corsair 750tx will fit the bill and room for crossfire.

ok well im about to order the 4870 tomoro (not risking the 4890 blowing up, gonna just wait for dx11 for next upgrade) hopefully itll be a big jump from my 9600 gso =P. im pretty sure the 4870 will work on my psu (since the card does come with 2 molex converters) and im not gonna overclock till i get a new psu
