Default Forcing triple buffering on my HD4870
Hey I am getting some screen tearing playing Mass Effect (full detail, 1920x1200) even with vsync enabled, I had heard some things about triple buffering being forced and am looking for a quick way to get it rolling before I save the universe tonight.
