When I run DX9 games both GPUs are running fine with full loaded activity. Unlike the DX9 when I run the games on DX10 I see 0%activity for the second GPU. Does anyone have a clue to this??
__________________I'm using GPU-Z running in the background, and I'm also running the game on Full screen mode. I have Catalyst A.I enabled and also tried both Enabled and disabled GPU scaling....' Does anyone know about this problem? Thank you....

I think the games only recognize it as one card.

how come both gpus working for DX9 then? if the game don't recognize it then it shouldnt work for DX9 also wouldnt it?
__________________I've tested so far with games such as Call of Juarez, Crysis, Hawx. All three of them, DX9 both GPUs would work but DX10...is this a driver's issue or something?...I want to play DX10 cuz of the graphics and stuff..I don't mind sticking to DX9 but having a 4870x2 dual cores is useless to play it with DX9.... any clues guys?? Thanks a lot again....you are being really helpful...

What I meant is that Windows and games interact with it like it was one video card, instead of two glued together. It's probably a driver problem. Have you used Driver Sweeper and reinstalled the latest drivers?

While you're running the game in DX10, check CCC to make sure CrossFire is enabled.

I'm not sure what you meant by crossfire though. I'm using just one single slot 4870x2, or did you mean crossfire between those two GPUs that were built in "one" video card...If yes, how can you check if it's crossfired? When I go to information it says that the second GPU is linked Adapter....
__________________But the weird thing is that it only shows activity on DX9 games only. When I turn it on DX10 then the second GPU won't activate.....

If your running windows 7 then thats your problem. Theres bugs, despite driver updates, these bugs are still there and games will not run 100% on the beta W7.
If your using XP/Vista, then I'd be lead to think you've got a driver issue =S I cant say for sure, I havent brought my cards yet, but seeing these messages posted is very disheartening
